How do I care for my piece?

For our pieces that are strung with heavy gemstones, we recommend laying them flat when not being worn to reduce wear on the string. Strings should be taken off prior to sleeping, showering and swimming to prevent tarnish on the metals and protect water reactive gemstones.

How will I know if my order has been recieved, shipped or is out for local delivery?

We will reach out by email to contact you with any updates to your order.

What if the piece I want isn't in the length, size, colour or metal that I want?

We are happy to shorten or restring any pieces or create a custom piece just for you!

What happens if I need restringing or if I have problems with my piece?

All pieces include free restringing for the first year and will be repaired by our stringing specialist. For any concerns regarding your strung pieces please reach out to lily@julesbyari.com
